So, you're agreeing that the emails received by Hillary's server were not classified.

Do you even think before you post?

Somebody here is operating under the delusion that I ha
I'll let somebody with a bit of intelligence decide. That would be me, not you. No, you didn't.

For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. -- Director James B. Comey - July 5, 2016

You've already said that classified emails require a classified system, and now you're repeating Comey's statement that Hillary's server was an "unclassified system".

And yet you maintain that she received classified emails, and can't see how you're contradicting yourself.

    it's quite a chuckle, actually.

I also said, in the same post, one could remove it from said system and then transfer via public net. That is intentional and that is what happened as Comey just said.

SO when Comey said there was no intent, I call that intent and him and the FBI liars.

Here, let me point out why your should slow down and read better:

Unless you are suggesting that the instance of "removing" a classified document from a classified system defaults it to non-classified status???

That's exactly right. There's NO WAY you can move classified (especially TOP SECRET) information without knowing its classified. There are so many checks/balances involved.

Its plainly obvious that Rex has never dealt with any classified information and that he is cherrypicking what you're saying. Typical

I asked about the RECEIVER of the emails, not the MOVER.

    LOL.

You two are getting obliterated here and are not bright enough to see it.
