Nowhere in his first report does Comey say Hillary shared classified emails/documents. It's not even clear by his statement that the "classified information" contained within those 110 emails were indicated as so within the emails, only that government agencies later said that the information was classified.
You guys seem to be hung up on markings. Markings dont make it classified. Authorities do. For example, say a wire came over about a possible nuke strike to the president. Its verbal. It then needs to be recorded on paper and the guy recorded forgot to stamp it. Its still classified. Same way when a marked document is "marked" and the president says nah, not classified anymore. That is how it works. Or another simple example for you. If you remove the tag from your shirt, it was still made by X company yes?
The big difference between Hillary's emails and this trump Mar-a-Lago case: "In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here."
But Trump said he declassified it all as he had that power. HRC did not, so they have to imagine her thoughts..
the difference is what then? that you imagined trump sold his secrets? that hillary had none of the declassification authority trump had? and that hillary had hers on a networked computer whilst trump had his securely locked up?
I'm assuming you have an email account, and get emails. When you get an email it almost always has a header indicating the character of its contents. Now, if an email came onto Hillary's server and was not marked as Classified in its header, how was she supposed to know except by receiving them that they in fact contained classified information? Now, I'm in full agreement with Comey that some subject matters should not have been conducted on Hillary's server, and I'm in full agreement that the law has now been changed. BUT THE BIG POINT HERE is that there was no indication of any intent, whatsoever, to illegally conduct classified conversations on her server. BIG DIFFERENCE from trump.
That is not how classified systems work. They are on separate networks. You cannot email from a classified system to non-classified as they use a hash key. The secure system needs the other sides key to decrypt. So, someone removed said classified information from a secure system to then send it over public net. You should stick to thins you know something about. The only other option was they set up her home with a secure switch. If they did that, then the act of being on said email system is a classified network. In other words, I guess you agree with me that Comey covered all this up and the FBI are liars.
