just heard on the local radio, UGA coach Perno is expecting an apology from SEC officials (I suppose for having to play on a wet field), and thinks UGA got screwed because UGA didnt have an athletic dept administrator at the tournament.
He is demanding an apology from the wrong entity. The SEC did not set out to screw UGA.... Mother Nature did. Must be a requirement for coaches at Jawja to biotch and complain. Where do you note that on a resume? Under extracurriculars?

just look at the evidence. difficult to hit in those conditions, we only scored 19 runs. difficult to pitch in those conditions, we only gave up 2 runs all day difficult to field the ball in those conditions, we commited 0 errors
They really need to change their nick to the Whinedogs. It's every sport they compete in now. I type this as I listen to my little dachshund whine for me to throw him a ball he can chase. Here it goes, I'm throwing it! Will someone please throw the Georgia Whinedogs a ball to chase so they can just SHUT UP????? As an afterthought, if they want to whine about something, they need to whine about how how stupid their uniforms look
