UT is the team that is so overated. The media even said that uga should have gone to the secc game. Everyone except UT knew that they did not belong in that game. The funny thing is when instant replay come to the sec you all want be able to steal games from UF and UGA. UTEE really sucks and so do auburn( had to throw in the war chicken)
Y'all can tell I love Bama but geez, we're gettin' too much love. What has Shula done in 2 years that alot of other coaches couldn't do? Great guy, and yes, there have been some bad breaks and last second losses, etc., but you gotta win those games to get the respect deserved. I hope we're as good as most think we'll be. As for LSU, it's hard to tell what kind of record will be yielded but with so many returning players a good season should be in the books if people stay healthy. New HC, ie. a new system to get in place, etc. but lots of time to do it. Should be a good year with a Western title very possible. In the east it looks like UT would be the pick as UGA and SC have question marks for various reason. Me thinks that UF will be the surprise in this division cos Meyer won his first year in Utah and though playing now in the toughest conference, he has better athletes on his squad. .02 worth.
CFN did a pretty good job for this early on, but they failed to answer a few burning questions: 1) Given that Tennessee gave up 28 points or more in five games last year, why is having a lot of guys back necessarily a good thing? 2) Given Meyer's offensive scheme employs the QB option, how many times will "crazylegs" (not) Leak audible at the line (to a pass) before Urban puts him in time-out? 3) Given Shockley is the odds on starter for the 'Dogs, how many games will it take before people think Quincy Carter's back? 4) Given RP's propensity for public speaking, how many practices will go by before a teammate fails to notice he's wearing a "do not hit" jersey? As always, it's "chemistry" that will produce the SEC Champ. Good Luck, LSU. I think you're the team to beat.
