I think Les answered that at the end of the game with the comment on pretending not to think about the NC game and trying to get his team not to think about it. They looked like they were thinking about Jan 9th in the first half but as usual Les got them to focus in the second what a great coach we have GEAUX TIGERS!!!! :champs:

Some people come to vent. ZERO first downs in the entire first down is worthy of some criticism. If anyone was okay with that I'd question THEIR fandom. Even though I felt (and said several times) that we'd be okay, I was pissed too. If other chose not to bite their tongues, oh well. Jefferson was pathetic the first half. That's what I can't understand. I have a feeling when all is said and done we're going to hear good reason why he went in to kneel on it again. Otherwise it's a slap in the face and I can't believe Miles would do that.
I wasn't happy, but I wasn't questioning the players and coaches. I wasn't thiking Les was getting schooled. I wasn't criticizing the team. I was saying we've seen this all before and LSU will win in the end. Not a doubt in my mind. One guy (uses tap a talk) declared the game over in the 2nd quarter. What? This team done in the 2nd quarter? Give me a fking break.
So you're saying it's wrong to criticize a team that had 12 total yards in the first half? We won the game and I STILL think that's pathetic and is unacceptable. I'm happy we won the game and the players fought hard in the 2nd to win the game, but this was far from perfect and until we raise the crystal ball I want this team to improve.
