    LOL! projected as expected!

For the rest reading, when the year ends, I challenge you to go back and find one game where LSU COACHING (MADE THE DIFFERENCE) & CLEARLY PROVIDED LSU WITH A VICTORY INSTEAD OF A LOSS. I want to see just one game where Curly, Larry & Mo make a difference.

You can even have a poll on it. :yelwink2:

Auburn lost to Tech and is 1/2 what they were last year.

    We will own them.

We were actaully 8-3 that year and one of the losses was OOC. If we lose 3 conference games we will not win the west. We will not lose to either one of the cupcake OOC games this year.

You can put what you know about football on the edge of a needle.

Coaches do matter and all coaches make some mistakes. I dont expect Coach Miles to be perfect because none of us are.

I do expect him to have the guys prepared and ready. Even that is hard under the conditions they have been under.

I am willing to give him the benefit under hard conditions.

People like you are fairweather fans. Eager to get down on the team and the coaches and rip apart the fan base.

Lets give them a chance and if then we dont perform to the expected level then we bring up issues that determine our future..

You cant do that after a Few games.

Yeah, we can wade through a few years of mediocrity, no problem! We got those recent memories of the good times to give us cheer!

    2003 and a :crystal:

Fairweather fan my ass! You're a broken record like those other mindless iskibibbles (moron who sits in a tub, farts, and bites at the bubbles for a hobby) around here! Seems I remember tracking LSU recruiting for 25 plus years now, spending thousands of hours per year following LSU FB, attending over 400 LSU games since the early sixties and almost every home game during that span up to 2001, attending every bash since it started, watched LSU land TOP CLASS AFTER TOP CLASS under Saban, even predicted LSU's NC in 2003 that August and the OU win when you "SELF-APPOINTED SOLID GOLD FANS" WERE SOILING YOUR BVDs and letting these OU homers talk down to you here. Take your "NEW FOUND STARDOM" and stick it up your can sidewise. I CALL IT LIKE I SEE IT ... MILES WILL NEVER GET THE JOB DONE HERE! It's Curley Hallman, Part II. Get the net, MR. SOLID GOLD TIGERFAN, another fart bubble has just entered your "fartmosphere", and the oxygen is fading fast.

Blanco Bob is the sky falling too.

Is civilization as we know it coming to an end.

**** i went to a football game. that makes me a football expert.

I wouldnt be surprised if your one of those people that blame and hollar and scream fire the coach. The players suck and then when you happen to be in the coaches presence you pucker up and smooch. Then when he isnt around anymore start bashing again.

I liked Saban but even your Saban ( God ) made coaching mistakes.

Did you predict that Saban would let Iowa complete a long pass and lose his last game.

Since we are talking about coaches making mistakes. If you remember the way things are instead of some fantasy about how Saban saved the world and cured cancer.

Saban was and is a good coach. I am not willing to throw Miles under the bus just yet. If LSU loses a bunch of games by poor coaching decisions then some decisions will have to be made. Not by me but by the LSU administration.

    We are not there yet.

I thought of starting a brand new thread, but my take is so similar I'll put it here.

    Georgia and Alabama.

Imagine how fun it'll be if, come the trip to Tuscaloosa, Alabama is still undefeated, Georgia is still undefeated (they do not play one another this year) and LSU is a 1-loss team.

Surely Bama would be top 4 by then, LSU top 6-8 or so.

What does a win over a 9-0 Alabama team, followed by a SEC CG win over a 11-0 Georgia team do for a 11-1 LSU?

Dunno, but a tiny, tiny part of me gets a little thrill just thinking of the possibilities... LSU!

Yeah, just on the way! You can enjoy the 8-win rides! I won't accept it!
