its because you have a history of believing everything is a ****ing conspiracy. if you want to pick one or two that doesnt add up for one reason or another, let's say the jfk thing, fine. wmd's maybe transported out, ok. tupac producing records underground, of course. but not everything dude. it kills any credibility because you cannot critically think despite you thinking otherwise. try to show you are capable of rational thought on occasion just to throw us off a little. otherwise, you are the insane homeless man screaming armageddon as everyone passes by ignoring because no one can take you seriously.
Well FWIW flabengal, there is nothing wrong with questioning the stablishment but its naturally a sensitive topic. It's easy to want to lash out. Alot of very proud Americans in these parts. Doesnt mean you arent a good American for questioning things either. In what should ring true with many LSU fans I'll say this.....sometimes you wanna say **** the coach, but you still support your team. Am I right?
I wouldn't think something was a conspiracy if the gov't would be honest. It is the almost unbroken stream of lies coming out from gov't spokesmen that is suspicious. I've noticed one thing....they never tell you to buy gold on CNBC. So, I'm going contrarian and buying gold. It's like the Lee Corso pick....go the other way.
Uploaded with ImageShack.us Do you have any idea how many fratricide incidents there are involving "not" famous people. You don't hear about them do you. You are an even bigger idiot than I had first imagined.
Does this mean I lost the "debate"? Another incredibly lucid point backed up by /headupass.jpg. I'll have to remember to put that on a card an pull it out during a debate. Must be a real winner.....:rolleye33:
do you argue with the homeless dude laying on the sidewalk? no. this is sorta the same thing. most know it is pointless. you will never change your opinion on government cover-ups regardless the facts. your mind has been made up long ago.
There is a lot of truth to that. It's more an exercise to see where everyone else stands and see what kind of points seem relevant. Basically, for most of the board it seems like whatever was written in the paper and broadcast on the news was right. I'm looking forward to football season, though. I'm going to watch all the shows and analysis and then bet against what the talking heads say. Anybody remember all the **** they were giving Flynn before his one start for Green Bay? I remember he played pretty well.... I tried it a little last year as an idea and it worked. For example, the NFL show with Ditka (I think he's on ESPN) I would wait until their picks came out and bet against whatever the consensus pick was....I swear I won almost every time....
