I would like 21. That would make each justice less than half as important as he/she is currently. It would also mean that each appointment wouldn't be the bloody cockfight we always experience. Less of a political exercise, more a justice one.

I didn't listen to any of the testimony, but from what is being reported, it sounds like there have been inaccurate "facts" stated by justices on both sides.
