SCOTUS approves use of Pentagon funds for Border Wall

So which is it guys? Is the SCOTUS lost to liberals...back in the side of God or what?
How about they interpret the law in deep regard for the constitution and precedent rather that look to justify desired outcome?
Isn’t that it’s real duty?

Not particularly. Nor do I agree with Roe vs Wade and others. Did you agree with Plessey vs Ferguson or Dredd Scott? Point is that the court should make decisions on its interpretation of the law and the constitution not the political desire.

 

The key words here are "on its interpretation of the law.". The law is whatever at least 5 justices think it is.

You should have a better memory. I’ve always been a conservative and generally follow the Republican Party. However since it’s been hijacked by Trump and his minions it’s not the same party.
