    According to my Uncle, the City of Portland has placed yellow bycycles throughout the downtown area. These bikes are provided, free of charge, with no sign in/sign out, and are available to anyone. When done, leave it in a bike rack for the next person. It's worked great for years.

    I salute your quest to lower your carbon footprint, and encourage everyone to reduce their energy consumption....this will hopefully give me more bang for the buck with my energy consumption, or hopefully i can enlarge my carbon footprint while keeping cost static.

    we both know that isnt true. anyways, the good news is that my side is winning. nobody believes in global warming anymore. it is becoming an extremist view, which means you will have to abandon it in a year or two.
