Bad news on the injury front. Armstead is out 3-4 weeks with a "pectoral injury." Jermon Bushrod....you're up!
Eagle's secondary getting thin. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...agles-cb-ronald-darby-suffers-torn-acl-season PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby suffered an ACL tear against the Dallas Cowboys Sunday night and is done for the year, coach Doug Pederson said. It's another blow to a 4-5 Eagles team that has been hit hard by injury following their Super Bowl run a season ago. The secondary is already depleted with safety Rodney McLeod (knee) on injured reserve and cornerbacks Jalen Mills (foot) and Sidney Jones (hamstring) missing time.
At least it's not 'for the year'. Bushrod was one of the best in the business earlier in his career. Hopefully, he's got a few more games left in the tank. That's Drew's blindside protection, so if he gets beat, he sure as hell better hold because if #9 gets hurt, its all over but the crying.
Lutz needs to get back to kicking the ball out of the end zone. That's two they've nearly broken today.
