I am not slamming your question, but does anyone really care. Rohan Davey is a "backup QB" at best in the NFL. He's done nothing to prove otherwise. Sure, he may get his shot at some point and prove naysayers wrong, but that is doubtful at best. If he rides the pine for Belicheck, Saban, Haslett...who really cares...

I've thought about this for several days now and was thinking along the same lines.

The key is I think NS might get some of "his" LSU guys such as Marcus Spears, Corey Webster, Travis Daniels, I'm not saying all of these guys just guessing in the order
    they may be available.

I think it will 1 of them on the defensive side of the ball unless a rb like Broussard becomes available.

The Dolphins don't really need to draft a qb because there a plenty out there available
with the situations in Pittsburg, San Diego and NY.
Most people have forgotten about Curt Warner, some may laugh but he is a 2 time NFL
MVP, he's had a few down years but I think he could still have some good ftball left.

If Vinney is still playing what does that tell you?

The Dolphins could either draft a rb or trade for one, quite a few out there available in
a trade, the Broncos have Garrison Hurst, Mike Anderson, Q Griffin, Tatum Bell and Rueben Droughns for example.
The Broncos also need a defensive lineman so you try and trade someone other than
Jason Taylor and a draft pick next year or something that enables you to draft Marcus
    Spears.

Not saying this will happen but it is a for instance of things to come.

He hasn't had enough playing time in the NFL for that kind of assessment. I think if given the chance, he could shine in the NFL. I don't know about being Culpepper as blindside thinks (not enough mobility) but he sure could make a good pocket passer.

It's possible, if he could be picked up for something really low. One thing, though, I imagine Bellichik is going to be very hesitant to make any deals with Saban. Another consideration is Phins just invested a 2nd in Feeley. He looked like crap when he got the start in week 10, throwing TONS of Ints. The last three weeks though, he's looking like a serviceable QB, at least, with a very good arm, and zero ints in 96 passes.

Rumors coming into this season were that Rohan would be a pretty decent commodity. But that was after he torched NFLEurope and before he looked very mediocre during preseason and in a few of the games he's gotten in during "mop-up duty" so far this season.

There were many here in New England that thought we'd be able to get a 3rd or 4th round pick for him, but I don't know about now.

I think Rohan has but one year left on his contract, after this season.
