You're probably right about that. I live in a city the size of BR now, and I can zip around town pretty easily on the surface streets because all of the main ones are six or eight lanes. My vote for worst traffic tie-ups has to go to Chicago. It can be 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning, and you're stuck in traffic.
