In all probabity, yes, but we felt like that about JM too so you never know. PT fight help tilt the scale a little.
Bama fans are going to expect Saban to win the SEC pretty quick. If Saban doesn't break into the Atlanta metro area in a big way, I don't think that the Alabama talent he will split with Auburn will get it done. Saban doesn't have Alabama all to himself or a situation that is anything even close to being similar to what he enjoyed in Louisiana. When I start to see some Atlanta metro talent on the Bama recruit commit boards, I'll figure that Saban has made the leap. Until then, Saban is still in the more hype than substance phase.
What are you smoking over there in Atlanta? It is pretty obvious from your post that there isn't anyone paying you to think. Stop trying, you'll only hurt yourself. I guess that you could call a 9 or 10 to 1 a split in recruiting, just not split down the middle. Surely you are not an LSU fan, most of the LSU fans are way more knowledgeable about football than you seem to be. Moooooooooooo oooooooooooooooo . I smell a barner.
My point was that I'm not convinced that Saban will have all the talent he needs to win the SEC if he doesn't exploit the metro Atlanta talent pool. That is regardless of what he pulls out of Alabama! If you don't think that Saban has a keen eye on the metro Atlanta talent pool, so be it.
Sure he does, he is a great recruiter. He will go where the talent is and bring them to Bama. I am just saying that it can be done without touching Metro Atlanta just as well as using Metro Atlanta. This staff has gone far and wide, grasshopper.
The 'Bama faithful are getting restless. I really am waiting to see how Saban does in metro Atlanta which is only 165 miles from Tuscaloosa. Bama hasn't beat Georgia since the Gene Stallings era and I suspect that Richt wants to keep it that way: http://georgia.scout.com/ Of course, Saban can always go to Louisiana :laflagwav to recruit.. :hihi:
