Don't count me in the "ya'll." As far as I'm concerned, I just as soon conversation about Saban go away. I don't need to know anything else about Saban. My opinion is formed. It ain't gonna change. Enjoy the bastid.

Saban has stated to the media in Atlanta that his initial plans were to retire to Lake Butler around the age of 58. If that is correct, Saban may not care all that much about how it goes at 'Bama as long as he gets paid.

From the looks of things right now, Saban has not yet made the recruiting inroads he needs to elevate 'Bama back to an SEC contender. I figure that Saban will ride the media wave and then go stealth when things don't turn around in a big way.

It's early yet, but his recruting class is shaping up to be pretty good- #12 at the moment with one 5 star and four or five 4 stars with some top prospects still up. He got a committment from Tyler Love yesterday, a 4 star OT.

Oh Great Swami,,,,,,,,look into your crystal ball past this recruiting season(his first) and tell the Bama faithful what thou doest see.

I mean really, a top 10 with one month on the job and in all likely hood what is shaping up to be a top5 class this year.

    I find this thread entertaining.

First, it was he left for money...now, there is a realization that leaving the college game was a mistake?

It seems, that statement was laughed at just a few months ago.

Well, you see Terry.......there's our perception.......your perception.......and the truth somewhere in the middle. :hihi:

I found it funny and thought of you when I saw a thread with Saban's name and "Semantics".

Actually, it is the complete opposite. Thats what he does...he can and will get some talent. Saban borrowed O's fence and has already put it around Mobile.

Nope, I guess you never made a mistake.
I was thinking Florida and Auburn games and I wasn't sure what word or phrase to state my other point.

Are you an English teacher and can you give me english lessons?
I didn't know our grammer had to be 100 percent or we would be graded here!
