It is not going to be the same without Saban. But man am I glad to see him go, now we get to listen to him every Saturday on TV, and I wonder how his legacy will turn from there. I think a lot more people will start loving him again.
I also worry that he may end up being the new commissioner of the super league. But that could be a good thing, idk
Did not get to watch the NFL Draft last night, but saw comments on X saying Saban basically admitted to tampering with another school last year trying to get a player to portal. Anyone here this?
He talked about how Alabama tried to get a cornerback from Toledo to enter the portal so they could recruit him out of the portal last year. You are not supposed to do that. It is tampering they say. He didn’t like what college football has become so he just did what he wanted to and quit before the hammer came down.
There is no shock to Saban cheating. Tampering with potential portal players…child’s play to what this guy perpetrated.
