Les Miles gets players to the NFL too. I also believe Miles is a better recruiter. The parents like him more & more importantly trust him. Some of Saban 's classes have been plain terrible as far as the attrition rate.

Keep in mind also that Saban's reputation has taken a huge hit as he is officially the new Larry Brown of football. Whenever the highest offer comes he is gone before the door slams shut. Recruits will now always question his loyalty to a program and he will never be able to repair that and recruit as effectively as he did when he was here.
watch and see. thats an overreaction. one or two kids wont make a significant difference. dude is a pipeline to the nfl which is the main interest of your top athletes. they are motivated by money before integrity just like st. prick.
The rumors of Saban to the NFL didn't hurt his recruiting at LSU. Schools used that against him year after year to no avail. Bottom line is Saban is one helluva recruiter. He's a smooth talker. He can close the deal. Yeah, he made lose one or two recuits, but he'll more than make up for that.
Unfortunately he doesn't have to be a recruiter meaning that he's been to the NFL recently and in the past and with his reputation of sending LSU talent to the NFL he probably won't have any trouble in the future. I think Auburn will take a pretty good hit recruiting wise.
Should be fun to watch the recruiting war between Saban and Tubby, supposedly two good friends. I think Auburn may once again take a back seat to Bama for a few years ... till Saban leaves.
