The players have less and less discipline, and free agency has ruined the NFL. Coaches are getting blamed for this. You can draft the best players and teach them but if you can't afford to keep them or they want to leave thier gone. Its impossible to keep good teams together anymore and the dynasties are all but gone. Nick understands this, its a lot easier disciplining college kids vs pro players that make a lot of money. NFL players heads are about the size of egos, basketball size. and This whole NFL celebrating after td has gotten out of hand, its an embarrasement to the league.
