  1. Bama fans do not expect to be like LSU, Florida, Georgia or anyone else. We expect a return to being Alabama the way we remember it before probation.
  2. Who care what Satan did, Miles will beat his a$$ again next year.
  3. Was that like how LSU is now, competitng in the West and all that fun stuff, as I described?
  4. Bama wasn't the #1 class when the day started and added some other players today to their commitment list that weren't before, certainly it does help to have more players to improve rankings.
  5. I had told myself that it was useless responding to things you throw out here because it is the same ole' same ole' stuff. I've reached a decision that I'm right. So, in closing...

I suspect your bad feelings towards Saban will remain longer than those with Shula. No, not suspect, know.

That is fair TB3. Minus a few things. But in terms of W/L, etc. fair assessment.
  6. Class size doesnt matter, and the more you have the worse it is, as I mentioned.

Bama moved up because they signed two top 40 players in the country, and the two lowest ranked guys in the formula were dropped and replaced by Harris and Jones -- a 6.0 and 6.1 guy = more points than two 5.8 guys, thus the increase

However, Jones and Harris' points that were added to the total were not as high as they would have been had Alabama's class size been 20 instead of 30. Rivals' formula gives more points to a player in a smaller class because it is perceived that his commitment was more valuable to that class.
  7. Like the lady that answers the phone for the coach? I assume she wont be back?
  8. Better players is what improved the ranking. It wasn't more. You might want to check out how rivals.com ranks players.
  9. Saban doesn't need someone to answer the phone...it's telepathy. You didn't know that?
  10. USC is living proof that No.1 recruiting classes alone doesn't guarantee championships. It remains to be seen whether <Alabama's coach> can get them to buy into 'the process'. Fair or not the fact is, he certainly wasn't able to do it with the class he inherited.
