you're a bit too close to the situation to see reality anymore. you gotta stop.

saban was offered but bama turned him down because he had to wait til the end of the season?

now hes back on the list because bama will now wait because RR dumped them?

dude, if they really offered saban the farm and he wanted the job but had to wait, they would hire rich rodriguez and fire him the next day if saban told them to.

even you non-gumps get infected with delusionitis disease is gumpland. run away, forrest.

Isn't it Joe Kines? He is also their interim head coach right now.

As much as many of the boosters would like it, Alabama can't risk considering Kines as a Head Coach. Kines, has a well-known history within the NCAA investigative circles.

Laugh if you want to, but, it's 9:30 pm on Friday, 8 Dec 06, and ALABAMA is officially pursuing COACH NICK SABAN to fill the opening of their HC position.

If the Fins don't make the playoffs, might Nick take the job?

It is a question that intrigues me greatly.

    :)

I think that it would be very interesting to see LSU's Coach Les Miles against an Alabama-coached Nick Saban.

WHAT IF COACH LES MILES PROVES TO BE A BETTER COACH THAN NICK SABAN???

My point is that everybody just assumes that Saban is SO much better than Miles. I'd like to see Saban at Bama. I'm not so sure that Miles couldn't beat Saban's butt. I'm not so sure that Saban is better than Miles. Saban would have to prove it to me.

    :crystal:  LSU!

For the love of all that is sacred people. SABAN is NOT going to Alabama. LET IT GO...

How many times does the guy have to say it...

Saban to Bama is such a waste of bandwidth
