Miles may address the situation tomorrow or just confirm the reports that came out tonight. http://www.shreveporttimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080226/SPORTS0202/302260003/1001/SPORTS
it took 3 months for Miles to lift the suspension after last May's incident even if RP missed the entire Spring, he could and would come back as our #1 QB with summer practices, make no mistake about that. He will either be our starter heading into next season or kicked off the team. There is no in between.
I just hope they work Hatch/Lee...whichever...with the intent of playing...cuz as we all know....a zebra don't change his/her stripes....we WILL be having these discussions again DURING the season...Although, I can't even begin to express how I hope I am wrong and "this time" the messge will get through. Lets all cross our fingers!
What I take away from all of this is the fact that we can work these 2 guys that much harder in spring camp, giving us a more viable option at the backup spot to RP. It's gonna be alright, folks.
Yeah but I thought about it 2 days prior to that posting, and I think I dreampt about it a day or 2 before that. Yeah.
give it a rest. the kid's crime was not telling the coach he was going to miss practice when his dad died.
Isn't it common knowledge that he missed a required team meeting and started missing classes prior to his father's death?
