There are plenty of kids with full schollies at LSU... there are plenty with bigtime TOPS... you don't put them under a microscope when they get a ticket for public intoxication or MIPs...the standard is the fact that he is a big time football player at a big time program. But if you want to hold him to the three strike rule and cast the first stone... then be my guest.

Its also possible that RP would respond better to in house discipline and counseling instead of the public lashings he keeps getting. Lets face it, he's now been publicly suspended 3 times in the last 12 months. Maybe its time to take a more nurturing route with him. Of course they may already be doing that but the public suspensions dont seem to have worked.

He's in West Virginia so we should cut him some slack. There's a thread about it in the Den. It's been common knowledge for a week but we have to pretend it's not happening until everybody knows.

I once got a ticket for running a stop sign. Cost me $165. After that, I don't run stop signs anymore. I don't run red lights either. It's called learning and keeping your nose clean.
