Actually, I see your point. By summer, the course is in much better shape. Football season is long over, and you have to make the course nice so you can get "paid." :lol: I think if someone has time to bring the clubs on the trip, I say go for it. But if you really want to make a golf trip out of this and can spend a few days, get on the 10 and drive out to the low desert cities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Palm Springs. Some of the best courses in the world are out here. It's not that far of a drive, and there are twilight rates offered in the winter that make the courses somewhat "affordable," meaning $75 (hey, it's high season, what can I say? ) I hope that any of you guys who make it out here really have a fantastic trip. It's not all that bad out here. :thumb:
