Such a group would be more loosely affiliated than a formal organization and naturally wouldn't have written rules or bylaws. If it is referred to at all by the individual members it would be only among themselves in hushed tones. Probably something like "This thing of ours" or "The life we have chosen." It wouldn't be structured like organized crime with families with a Don, capos and button men. No formal entry and ceremony like becoming a made man. You are made by default when your wealth, power and influence can no longer be ignored by the others and it's better for them if you are with them than not.
