It's not gonna matter. Even if they do find pictures of Putin and Trump in the same voting booth, or evidence that Russia hacked voting machines on a computer that's IP address is registered to Trump... Trump will just say fake news and his supporters will believe it.
Nothing will happen because of the word "influence" it has no meaning. Russia no more try's to influence our policies than we do. To say it is something illegal or bad is to condem our "Worldly" actions.
Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe says he won’t update White House on Trump-Russia investigation http://www.nydailynews.com/news/pol...-updates-trump-russia-probe-article-1.3156627 ..... amid growing concerns that President Trump could again try to interfere with the probe. Throughout a lengthy day of testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee, McCabe, who took over for James Comey Tuesday evening after Trump abruptly fired him, refuted numerous claims made by the White House to justify its actions. McCabe at one point called his agency’s Trump-Russia investigation “highly significant,” contradicting suggestions from the White House a day earlier that the probe was “one of the smallest things . . . on (the FBI’s) plate” and, at another point, dismissed as “not accurate” Trump’s claim — used to justify the termination — that Comey had lost the support of rank-and-file FBI agents. “I can tell you also that Director Comey enjoyed broad support within the FBI and still does to this day,” McCabe, appearing alongside other intelligence agency bosses, also vowed to regularly update the Senate Intelligence Committee if the executive branch were to, in fact, get in the way of the investigation and assured lawmakers that, despite Comey's sudden removal, the agency’s investigation would continue, unfettered. New FBI Acting Director McCabe Considered a Respected, Bureau Man http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/pol...ccabe-considered-respected-bureau-man-n757201 ..... It's unclear who Trump will nominate to replace Comey, but Senate Democrats could insist on a special prosecutor for the Russia campaign probe as a condition of voting for a replacement, a senior Democratic aide said.
US Treasury Department unit set to provide financial records in Trump-Russia investigation http://www.businessinsider.com/us-t...-records-in-trump-russia-investigation-2017-5 A unit of the US Treasury Department that fights money laundering will provide financial records to an investigation by the Senate into possible ties between Russia and President Donald Trump and his associates, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday. One person said the records were needed to decide whether there was collusion between Trump associates and Russia during the 2016 campaign, The Journal said. It was not immediately clear what types of records were being shared. Following the money Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, who sits on the Senate Finance Committee, told The Journal that information on shell companies and property transfers would be among the types of documents pertinent to the Senate Intelligence Committee's investigation. A Reuters review published in March found that at least 63 individuals with Russian passports or addresses have bought at least $98.4 million worth of property in seven Trump-branded luxury towers in southern Florida, according to public documents, interviews and corporate records. The full scope of Trump's labyrinthine financial affairs is not publicly known, partly because Trump has refused to release his tax returns. Throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump insisted he would not publish his returns due to an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audit. Though the IRS has said an audit would not prevent Trump from releasing his returns, he has persisted with the claim. In recent weeks, Trump and his surrogates have indicated he has no intention to release his tax returns. .
