    It would be treason if the trump team conspired with the russians to get the information or offered something in exchange...if the russians offered or even gave the information to the trump team without they requesting it or using it...then its a very stinky situation worthy of reprimand maybe even impeachment but until we see proof that the first occurred, then i would not agree its treason
