Very disturbing that The Democrats could stoop so low. This is criminal and must be followed up and prosecuted. Trump likes to makes assertions and then go looking for proof. Since making his wiretapping claim about Obama he has fumbled all over the place, aided by Devin Nunes, trying to explain how he is correct in spite of the fact that everyone in the know, including Republicans in congress, have denied that there is anything to his assertion. When, in fact, it was Susan Rice's job to unmask the names of US citizens who were continually caught up in the surveillance of known enemies. Further, Rice filled out all the appropriate paperwork and went through all appropriate channels to unmask the names, leaving a long paper trail.....hardly the work of someone trying to nefariously target political opponents. More importantly, and what the Trump team wants to distract us from, is the fact that associates of Trump's were CONTINUALLY showing up in the surveillance of our enemies. Why were they talking to them so frequently? You see, the Trump folks want us to believe that the crime here wasn't the collusion between them and the Russians, it was the means used to catch them that is actually wrong here. Period. The FBI is conducting an investigation right now and not a partisan one. The FBI has been typically quiet about their investigation. Ironically, with all of their concern about leaks and leakers and anonymous sources and the privacy of citizens.....the very same people just voted for and signed off on selling off our browsing history. She was doing her job and if Trump's associates hadn't been speaking with people that were under surveillance on such a regular basis we wouldn't be having this conversation now. Sure it's being reported but with the caveat that Rice was doing her job and that she went through the appropriate channels to unmask the names. Trump is alleging that Rice did the unmasking for political reasons. Think about that. The names are hidden or "masked." Without unmasking those names, how else would she know who they were? All she could see initially was that Person A was speaking with this Russian intelligence person on a very regular basis. That's hardly political targeting. Trump wants us to believe that the crime here wasn't collusion with the Russians, it was the means by which they were caught, and even that doesn't hold water under scrutiny. One last question: If Trump and his associates are innocent, why not cooperate with the investigation and get it behind them? With all of pressing issues going on in our own country and around the world, why does Trump take so much time to deflect attention away from the investigation if he doesn't have something to hide?
YOu know what is funny is that this information leaked, yet the content of those calls somehow remained safe. You know why don't you? Because there isn't shit there. And when it ends up there was nothing, it will be 100% political..... And btw, its not "her job" to unmask names. Pony up.
These same Russian officials talked with Dems yet that isn't leaked. We have reports of DNC folks getting Russian money and silence in the media. The ledge is near and you are standing on it.
