Well, Christopher Steele is a UK dude who went to Russia to gather dirt. Both the GOP, DNC and FBI used this guy.

It included many foreign sources to compile the information which was later used in the FISA.

Its a web of shit that the Dems have to dance around. I think Trump is calling their bluff on it. He can declassify a lot of this. My guess is he is waiting for the right moment.

I should add, the work-a-round, around using Chris Steele by name was venting this through Fusion GPS.

Its like money laundering for foreign intel.

Well, the FBI used him as-well..... soooo.

I think Trump holds the higher position in this. If Meuller presses this meeting, which no real "valuable" information was exchanged btw, Trump can declassify the FISA.

The other thing about the Don Jr. meeting that goes against the collusion argument is that it was a one and done meeting. There were no subsequent ones. Had their been, I think there may be something to it. He said, whether true or not, that he met and they didn't have anything to give so he ended the meeting but as there wasn't a second meeting, I think its not something they can get traction with.

The Dems paid for the dossier on Trumps misdeeds. Obtained from Russians, via a British foreign national, passed through a U S Company. The laws on this clearly state direct or indirectly.

Right, if anything it shows they "tried" and were "open" to it. Shoots the Putin/trump team thing down IMO. If Putin and Trump were in on this, you telling me that meeting was the one to kick it off? It would of had to have been years in the making.

So then you go back to all those FISA's; which were before the Trump tower meeting.

And this is what people don't get - why is it not being investigated when we know it happened?

The feds arent running for office though. I’m pretty sure it’s quite alright to get intel from foreign entities if you are in the FBI, CIA, NSA etc etc. still doesn’t mean they aren’t corrupt. It’s full of human beings wielding power, there has to be some corruption somewhere.
