It looks like from the IG report, the FBI only considered charging Clinton with violating certain (5) very specific sections of US Code, and not others. Somewhat mind numbing.

The report also does not judge if the FBI did the right thing or reached the right conclusions, but only that what they did was not driven by politics. Huge difference . . . . for critical thinkers.
