Well Moe you’re a ready fire aim kind of person. I expect Mueller is gathering all the information there is and putting then in a coherent form before deciding whether an indictment should be handed down. There is also an open question as to whether a sitting president can be indicted while in office. Nixon was named an unindicted co-conspirator in Watergate. He was open to prosecution after he resigned until pardoned by Ford. He also has to prepare a report to Congress. That is his duty so he can’t do anything until he’s completed his investigation and finished the report. Get that?
No Trump’s lawyers claim he cannot by any definition obstruct Justice. They claim he has unlimited rights as president. This in direct opposition to Articles 2 of the constitution and his oath of office.
