Is the president above the law? The president’s attorneys apparently believe so. What say you?
Giuliani: Trump could pardon himself, but why?

You are taking this out of context. Legal teams can try all sorts of defenses they can be judged by a court and or a jury and proven right or wrong that's their prerogative. There is so much wrong with this Mueller probe I dont blame Rudi and his team for testing all the defenses available. Apparently Mueller is attempting to go for obstruction because of Trump firing Comey. What a joke the president can fire whom he wishes with no reason all legal.

Look you hate Trump even though things are 10 times better now than under Obama. At least admit it.

You avoided answering as usual. Do you think the president is above the law? It’s a simple question moe.

As to obstruction the president’s leagal team admitted he lied about writing the Don Jr letter which lied about the purpose of the Trump Tower meeting with the Russian “lawyers”. That’s an open admission of obstruction right there. It also shows the Trump campaign collaborated with a foreign power to win the election. That’s very close if not actually treason.

    Above what law? Be specific.

As the above pointed out it is about context.

It’s like you are willing to entertain the idea we can charge obstruction for a crime he didn’t commit.

    Funny stuff.

Further, we have a special council into investigating “Trump” who was NEVER charged nor was a crime ever proven to be committed.

So we have a SC on “theory”.

If there is an open admission of obstruction and something close to treason than why doesnt Mueller go to court now? If the proof is there as you say why is there a need to go further or question Trump?

    You are foolish and funny

Don’t need to be specific as both the letter and Rudy claimed the president not indictable for ANY charge including murder. Can’t get any broader than that. It’s a claim the president, ANY president is above the law. In fact under that theory Obama if he did do anything to to put a spy or destroy Trump would also not be answerable as he would have been above the law too. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

As to obstruction the president’s lawyers absolutely admitted he wrote the letter. The letter was a complete fabrication and LIE. Then the president LIED about his involvement. Now that’s up to Mueller to decide whether or not to charge him and if he does a jury to determine.
