I'm talking about tactical not strategic; cruise not ballistic. In an area with no deployed US military. I'm not saying it will happen; but if it did we would only scream loudly and then spend 10 billion dollars on 'defense'.
“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."
administrative consequences such as having their security clearance suspended or being forced to take an unpaid leave of absence but nothing criminal.
Yes I did. Specifically I said the Kuril Islands. As a hypothetical that isn't likely to happen; BUT IF Russia used some small tactical nuke and then invaded and captured the next island in this chain that they covet we would not respond with nuclear. We would respond as I posted.
In case anyone still thinks Russia isn't an existential threat read this. https://www.stratfor.com/analysis/russia-stirs-hornets-nest? They are agitating all across Europe with a focus on weakening NATO and the US. Strength must be shown or they won't stop. From Teddy Roosevelt to Ronal Reagan the idea that you speak softly but carry a big stick has been the strength of the country. Obama weakened us with his lack of understanding (I'm being generous here) and failure to show any resolution. Trump has yet to show he understands what is happening and his apparent admiration of Putin and lack of notice is concerning. We kept peace for 50 years after WWII by being strong in spirit and force. We didn't blink or fear war (except the liberal democrats who begged the USSR to stop Reagan) and by standing strong overcame them. We need to remember and honor those who lead the way by following in their footsteps.
