I think the point is that HRC had been exposed to these problems for years and explicitly trained before assuming the SOS post. She affirmed and swore by signature that she had been trained in the use and protection of confidential information She then gnored these points and deliberately and carelessly put the nation at risk. Frankly NC, in light of what has just been revealed I don't understand why you're not outraged at her actions.
