Bad examples. McNair is a washed up QB; he had two great quarters to hide this fact. And Brian Billick is known as an offensive guru yet his offense at Baltimore has sucked.

Ask youself the same question. I'll bet you would be screaming for Flynn. Were you calling for Rohan Davey after the Tennessee game? How about after the Arkansas game. It's the same scenario. Flynn had a game, Peach Bowl, similar to Rohan in the Tennessee game. Now fans are curious if the Peach Bowl was a fluke or reality. As long as Russell keeps missing wide open receivers or throws sideline routes out of bounds and we struggle, the fans will still be questioning him. If Flynn gets a chance and bombs you can say I told you so and we can all get behind whoever the coach chooses. It has nothing to do with race it is about performance and expectations. I watched the first half of the game again tonight. I wish you would sit down and watch a replay and list every pass that Russell throws and note the result. The first pass of the game was a pass that Bowe had to dive and catch. Then it got worse.
