  4. Based on the interview I heard it was either he didn't know the rules at all or he was saving face for not being drafted and making the situation sound bettr for himself. I am strongly leaning towads the latter.

  6. LSU educates these guys about the draft, right? In fact, I'm almost certain of it because we have a friend who is an exec with the NFL offices, and he travels around the country talking to guys about NFL procedures. I'm pretty sure he visits LSU every year.

  10. Shep has a history of saying something before he thinks. I agree he was trying to put the best face on not being drafted and wouldn't take it seriously. Maybe it also shows why he didn't see the field as much as many thought....he ain't very bright and doesn't learn.
    I do hope he gets a shot and has success and a good life. He was a good team member for the time he was here.
