Running or Swimming

    What is the best for muscles and heart and how many minutes should I spend in one of those sports to have the benefits and good health

    Swimming by far

    at least 20 minutes a day AT your training heart rate. Google it and you will be able to figure that out. You need a stop watch, a pencil and something to write on.
