    It was our only hope other than a turnover.

    And we actually got one, but the refs would have none of it.

    Agreed. We were down 6 points. We would have needed JLee to take us 85-90 yards down the field for the win.

    Coach Miles' call gave us a better chance.

    These things go either way.

    The way I look at is if it would have worked, it would have been the greatest call ever.

    Also, I understand why it was called b/c of some of the key players hurt.

    Miles just doing everything he can to win, but came up short.

    It happens, at least he took the chance.

    On the other hand, with JJ and Scott out, a block punt might have been picked up and run in for a TD. The loss of JJ and Scott were critical. I think LSU's offense only mustered 16 yards after those two left the game.
