I doubt it with what it costs to franchise one of those. No one will open one in Pineville because of the liquor law. There is a catholic church in Pineville, an Episcopal, a Methodist, and a Presbyterian . . . and 27 Baptist Churches.
I grew up on the other side of the Red River in Alexandria (Or Alec as the natives call it) Bolton High class of '69. In those days Pineville was dry, and kissing in public got you dismissed from La College. I totally believe the Hooters story.
Yes, but i would like to try them both. From personal experience, Colorado top shelf is tit for tat with the best purple skunk in Jamaica. Both best in the world IMO.

I should have said Alexandria, but Pineville's liquor laws have changed. Everyone here voted to allow restaurants to be able to serve hard liquor in Pineville.
