All of you are unfortunate casualties of our crappy economy here in La. It's sad to see so many people have to leave to make a living. Hopefully all you "exiles" can make it back home one day. That is, if our politicians ever get their act together. Sorry for the rant ... just tired of seeing people have to leave this state to make a living. Hopefully yall can make it back one day.

TSmith...you hit the nail right on the head! I'm a teacher & my wife is a nurse. We're making GREAT money out here in Phoenix, but would be making about half as much in Louisiana!! If it weren't for that...we'd be in Louisiana right now!! Maybe one day!! (yeah right!)
Started out in Monroe then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Vienna Va, LaPlace La. Mclean Va. Shreveport La. back in Monroe now.
