(8) A prohibition on abortion at any point or points in time prior to fetal viability, including a prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure. For those who have reading comprehension problems, that means that there CAN BE a prohibition by the state on abortion when a fetus attains viability. It's a copy of the provisions within Roe v.
