Is he being biased, or is he just demanding that the proceedings follow the presumption of innocence? Its my understanding that when things are done correctly in American criminal courts, the rules are always tougher on the prosecution because it has the burden of proof. OTOH, its assumed, even expected, that the defense can and will raise every technicality it can.
He already confessed he didn't expect to use it in that sense when he bought it. So, if it wasn't for his protection WHY did he buy it?
The "gotcha" answer to that question is, he bought it because he was knew one day there would be a race riot in the town where his dad lives, and he wanted to be prepared to exercise a little vigilante justice. The "why" is irrelevant, but I think "why did you bring it to the riot" is a legitimate question.
It’s a legal right. I have a gun in my truck. I don’t expect to use it, but if I have to, I can’t use what I don’t have. That’s all the justification needed.
To protect himself from violent radical Antifa and BLM both part of your DEMOCRAT PARTY. Gun sales since these REAL INSURRECTIONS by Antifa and BLM. If the liberals in the rotten cities don't stop them in the city won't be long before they are at the homes of everyone. The couple in St Louis taught your buddies a lesson and so did Rittenhouse. Y'all keep it up and there will be more Rittenhouses.
This prosecutor is a dumb fuck and I hope the jury is pissed at him. "why did you point the gun at Mr Rosenbaum"? " So he would stop chasing me" "Didn't you think he might feel his life was in danger" "He didn't stop chasing me" I love it when he finally said "Why didn't he run away, why didn't he stop chasing me"
