But it isn't though. I am not going to bash Kyle. He was defending himself from a threat to his life. I don't have sympathy for him either. If someone breaks into your house and you have to put him down that is self defense in the most basic sense. If you go out into a situation where you may have to defend yourself to survive then you are putting yourself in harms way. It is a sad situation.
It is sad but if this Antifa/BLM movement sanctioned by the DEMOCRATS keeps up and the economy goes down further there will be more burning looting raping maiming and killing not only in big cities but in a neighborhood near you. Yes the kid put himself in harm's way. But when are good people going to stand up and defend their cities, towns, neighborhoods, homes and the people they love? DEMOCRATS want to dismantle or at the very least dimished police forces. They also want to disarm us. The media and the DEMOCRATS have labeled anyone who is conservative or voted for Trump as racists further dividing us and causing tension between the races. Shane is right why can't a 17 year go out if he wants too? The DEMOCRATS are creating a powder keg and on purpose. If this shit keeps up there will be more Rittenhouses
When I say shouldn’t i am not saying it should be law. I have my own personal opinion and that is it. 17 year old girls can be hookers but my daughter isn’t going to be one. if all 17 year old boys ran around with guns. LOL. Inner city everywhere.
I think the big picture is the point of the whole thing. Like saying none of this would matter if Kyle had stayed home that night. Well, things would be fine for him today, but what about the bigger picture? The law may say I have the right to defend myself in my own home, but if I go down the street and defend a neighbor's home from a burglary, I might be seen as a vigilante. But isn't my neighborhood better off if I defend my neighbor's home like my own? The climate has been created that allows people to destroy their cities (sidetrack: so much is being made of KR "crossing state lines". How many "protestors" have crossed state lines to loot, vandalize and even kill in the last 20 months?), but wants to punish someone who's motive was defense. You (rhetorical, not you, mancha) can argue that this is a good thing till you pass out from lack of saliva, and you'll never be right.
Exactly, mine won't either. You have to take that out of this situation though because he was there. He was attacked and he defended himself under protection of the law and the constitution
the first point of my original post was that the prosecutor was dumbing down the charges to get him on something. Maybe jaywalking. The second point was just to throw my opinion out there. Like I said, I have no hate or sympathy for what happened. Dude is not a hero or a villain.
