Compared to an AR-15? At any rate the relevant issue is WHY the skateboard was being used. It was for crowd protection; Huber had witnessed (or at the very least knew) that Rittenhouse had already killed Rosenbaum with the wmd.
KR was retreating. And Huber is not a law enforcement officer. If you are armed and get hit in the head with a skateboard, are you going to wait until you get hit again and knocked unconscious before you defend yourself? (YOU probably would)
