    Is that like Omaha steak Co or whatever it is where they ship your stuff in dry ice? If so no thanks, I prefer my local butcher

    I don't know if they ship or not. It IS my local butcher. I've been going there for almost 20 years. I order what I want by phone and then go pick it up.

    This is where I get my prime rib roast for Christmas Eve. And one or twice a year, I go there to order a large tray or two of carne asada for parties. They certainly aren't the cheapest around but the quality is outstanding.
