but now were are agruing 2 different points. 1. If the girl felt threatened or putoff by 2 guys she does not know doing something she did not give them permission to do, then by all means she should call the cops and press charges (which she did.) According to Georgia law quoted earlier, they did commit an act of simple battery. 2. The players showed lack of common respect by not asking but this is not an offence that Richt needs to step in and deal with by suspensions. Lecture them on common curtesy and make them have extra practices or something.
It's hard to say in a case like this. It's her word against theirs. I have seen some women overreact to nothing at all, so it's a tough one to call.
Hard to make judgements without knowing the whole story. But then thats what we do here on talk boards. :hihi:
