Ole Dadgummit will probably drop his tail between his legs and run away when Miami & VTech officially join the ACC.

LOL, I am not crying at all. Just calling your argument quite lame which it is.

I think your comparing our situation with Fran only shows how little you really know about the UGA situation. He is here to stay fro 4-5 years whether a school wants to pay him the most in the country or not. He has a buyout clause of over 8 million dollars which doesnt even include the yearly salary. Think Miami would pay that? lol, not a chance.

first off Miami would not pay that....Fla. State is where his ties are...and I dont doubt they would pay that...hell they pay that much for the players they have each year.....j/k. Richt is a good coach and I think complaining about the officals is quite normal. He lost the game and is upset...I say we give the guy a break.

I don't know where you got Miami from, I said he will end up at FSU after Bowden leaves. I know he went to Miami, but his coaching experience is at FSU, which is where I am saying he ends up. Will the FSU athletic department cough up 8 miilion? No, but with Miami and Va. Tech coming in I definitely think the alumni and supporters will raise the cash to remain competitive. Richt is a quality coach who deserves a lot of credit for the success at UGA. This is big business, and an 8 million dollar investment isn't that big of a gamble on a young coach with staying potential. If he ends up at FSU, the only place I think he would go from there would be the NFL.

I disagree with all of you on Miami. I don't see Richt even thinking about FSU. He coached there but I dont think that gives him anymore ties then Miami, where he played. FSU is not going to cough up that money. I think they will try and go after someone else. Now...after Coker leaves in 3-4-5 years...then I will get worried but hopefully by that time he will be getting paid even more and wanting to stay in Athens where as you say, we think he is a god.

On the complaining part, I don't know. I think it wasnt that bad of a thing to say but I will be honest and say that if a South Carolina coach has bitched about a call or two after the game I would tell him to shut up. lol

I saw the hit. I didn't get excited over the runback because I was waiting for the flag...but when I saw the replay, it appeared as though the UGA player might have been falling down before it.

In any event, that's football. Calls are made and calls are missed. UGA got away with holding all day...why doesn't he whine about that?

Florida State might try...I doubt Miami could get him. Larry Choker will be there until medical science figures out what makes him look like he does...:D

I honestly hope Richt stays. I am not crazy about the guy, but if he coached the Tigers I'm sure my attitude would be different. He is a great coach with a bright future, wherever he is. I hope it is the SEC, because I hate the ACC. Hopefully we will meet again in Atlanta Dec. 6 and get to do it all over again with the SEC Championship on the line. lol
