I'm with Red on this one. I posted this earlier in the thread, I'll repost: It seems whenever one race is in the majority there can be examples of discrimination. I grew up in White Castle. Myself and my 3 brothers were the only whites on the school bus, we faced constant taunting because of the color of our skin. N word my ass, try honkey (I'm 45) and white boy on for size. My graduating class was 64 blacks and 32 whites. You want to see discrimination, try being the only white on the football team. I was.
I completely agree with this. All politicians are "poked" at. I don't see Obama being picked on anymore than a usual Presidential candidate.

i dont disagree with any of this. but, relatively few white people will be denied housing because of it. relatively few white people will not get a job because of it. what do you want to do? make it illegal to hate someone?
No, that's something you made up. What you had said was "there isnt much racism of significance going on black on white." I said you're wrong. That's all.
and i stand by it. having some black guy sitting on his porch call you a cracker as you walk by isnt racism of significance. but i would guess that more blacks are racist than whites, not that racist is easy to define.
