Randle = Green (GA) or Jones (Bama)

Just to put things in perspective. It's our turn for the freshman phenom receiver.

After seeing them in practice, looks like all randle needs to do is learn the playbook and minimize mistakes and the #2 is his to lose

From what I saw at the first scrimmage, he's just what everyone said he was coming out of highschool. He is in great shape to play in the SEC for a freshman, and he is very precise in his movements and route running. That said, I'm sure he's got a few more things to pick up with the offensive system, but he's the real deal.

He definitely came to camp well prepared. I could see him being the #2 guy before it's over, especially if Toliver isn't completely on top of his game.

You know Miles isn't going to start a true frosh over Junior TT, whois also having a great camp and they're expecting great things (so I hear).

Remember how JV started despite his constantly miserable performances in 2005...just because he was a senior?

Or Hester over KW, CS in '07? I mean, that particular setup worked out great, but some think we could have done even better with one of the uber-talented sophmores (KW in the Va-Tech game that year) over the slow-and-steady senior fullback.

Miles will play the upper-classmen unless they prove themselves a liability or get injured.

I think Randle will be a great one in time. However, I think TT has a break out year. TT is 6'5" 215 lbs and has learned how to be a WR behind 4 1-2 round NFL WRs.

He has a 1st round draft choice on the other side of the field from him that will draw double coverage all year long. TT is 4-5" taller than most CBs and can run and jump.

Next year TT will draw double coverage for Randle to have a break out year, but this year it is TT's turn.

    Just my opinion.

How many days left till opening

I am more interested in Toliver having a great year. To me for LSU to have a great year, you need breakout years from Toliver at WR and Nevis on the DL. If Randle and Russell can add to the mix than that is even better.
