Of course not. Almost everything trump utters is stupid (when will you become educated enough to realize that, or are you just hopelessly stupid?). Germany is Europe's strongest economy, and was not gullible enough to fall for trump's threats. There was no chance the USA would ever withdraw military support from our NATO allies, especially the one who could add the most to NATO in return.
