Republicans just officially declared that women have no dominion over their own bodies

the left always makes the argument about the women (girth having person) not having boldy autonomy but then even pro abortion folks are largely ok with banning very late term abortion, which is to say they concede the woman does not have absolute bodily autonomy.

This story won't go away. The doctor that filed the paperwork listed the father age at 17 making him a minor also. He was 27 and not a minor. It was reported that the doctor was in trouble for filing a false report. Another website said investigation over, doctor cleared , celebrate.
Actual report is below. Based on info listed the girl definitely could have had process done legally in Ohio. I have seen reports
that listed the term of the pregnancy 6 weeks and 3 days, hence the need for the trip to Indiana. The physicians report says age of fetus, 4 weeks, gestation period by physician at 6 weeks, not 6 weeks and 3 days. If you argue, weeks are total wouldn't it still be 6 weeks until it is 7 and still legal in Ohio?

Also, it list age of fetus 4 weeks (another argument for legal in Ohio). So can we infer from the documents that fertilization began 6 weeks ago and the fetus was created 4 weeks ago??? IF so, the "fetus" scientifically becomes a human two weeks after fertilization???. It would appear safe to make that conclusion based on the science. It would also make one hell of an argument for the morning after pill and another argument against abortion.
At the end of the day, a 9 year old was raped by an illegal alien. Fixing the immigration/border won't stop all rape but it would have stopped this one. In the meantime, rather than address that and other problems, the house of representatives passed bills guaranteeing abortion rights up to birth. one bill bans outlawing the process up to 24 weeks and the other would make it legal past that point. That's definitely what it sounds like.

The abortion is just one part of the dysfunction going on in that home, it appears.

And I concur that doctors never know how far along a woman is, much less to label them 6 weeks, 3 days pregnant. They always say someone is "about" or "probably" six weeks pregnant.

I would imagine that opens up some gray area with regard to laws that stipulate abortions only to a certain number of weeks. And most women are about 6 weeks pregnant before they know they are, especially if they aren't trying to get pregnant and, therefore, not taking a test as soon as a period is late.

There are so many gross things about this story. And, frankly, how regular would a 9 or 10-year-old be for a pregnancy to be found even at 6 weeks? The whole thing is strange and unfortunate.

I have read that girls are getting their periods younger and younger, but this poor child is barely 10. Most of the girls I have been around (my daughters and their friends) were in late middle school before having a period (12, 13, or 14). Only one started in 5th grade at 10, which is a terribly young age to deal with all of that "fun."

Regardless, it sounds like this child is being abused in her home and used as a pawn in the Roe vs. Wade reversal backlash.

I mean, I think and hope that most reasonable people know that forcing a 10-year-old to give birth is extremely dangerous for her and the unborn child, thus we should have a "life of the mother" situation here.

THIS THREAD is about robbing females of their lives. The issue is the fact that SICK FUCKS (AKA the Republican Party) would force a rape victim to carry her rapist's child against her wishes, no matter her age.
